Services Offered
SWEDISH MASSAGE:
A full body massage involving long flowing strokes, using light to medium pressure to loosen muscles, and to promote relaxation.
DEEP PRESSURE MASSAGE:
A full body massage that uses very firm pressure.
THERAPEUTIC MASSAGE/DEEP TISSUE:
A more focused massage that addresses the individual's specific needs. The purpose is to release chronic muscle tension or "knots," by accessing the deeper layers of the muscles. Due to the nature of the work, open communication is crucial to make sure you do not get too uncomfortable. If you are holding your breath, the pressure is too firm, and you are not receiving the benefit that the massage is intended to provide. Massage is not intended to be a "no pain, no gain" form of therapy.
PREGNANCY MASSAGE:
A side lying massage for the expectant mother, to help release the discomfort experienced throughout her pregnancy. Massage is not advised during the first trimester.
A form of bodywork that involves applying pressure to the hands and feet to promote health in the related body area.
HOT STONE MASSAGE:
Naturally shaped basalt stones are heated and placed on specific areas of the body, relaxing muscles and increasing blood flow. Warm stones are then massaged into the muscles, soothing them and enhancing the healing process.
Rates for all massages: 60 minutes = $100 90 minutes = $150
In most cases, a combination of modules is used in each massage.

Cancellation Policy
I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone's life. In my desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
24-hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give me 24 hours advance notice you will be charged 50% of your appointment.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. You will be charged for the full session.
